SHIPPING INFORMATION
We aim to package and process your order within 3 business days of receipt of payment.
Once processed we’ll send you an email notifying you that your order has shipped and provide tracking information. Please ensure that your address is complete, including a unit number. Note that there could be additional shipping fees payable, should your order be shipped to an incorrect address.
Domestic Shipping - $20 CAD (unless otherwise posted)
Flat rate shipping within Canada is $20, however, overweight items are subject to additional shipping charges as per Canada Post and therefore not eligible for flat rate shipping. These items are indicated as “not eligible for flat rate shipping” on the item page.
Free shipping is offered for orders $500 CAD or more. No discount code needed.
US Shipping - $30 CAD (unless otherwise posted)
Flat rate shipping within the US is $30, however, overweight items are subject to additional shipping charges as per USPS and therefore not eligible for flat rate shipping. These items are indicated as “not eligible for flat rate shipping” on the item page.
Free shipping is offered for orders $800 CAD or more. No discount code needed.
Store Pick Up - Free
If you live within a comfortable driving distance of Richmond BC, you can avoid shipping fees by selecting the shipping option “Store Pick Up”.
Once your order has been placed, we will send you an email letting you know when your order will be ready for pick up. Please refer to our store hours.
Add on
Want to add something to your existing order? No problem at all! Until a shipping label has been created for your order, you are welcome to add items to it. Just make a note on your order to "hold off on shipping" Should your collective orders amount to the specified $500 within Canada or $800 within USA and qualify for free shipping, we will reimburse you for the initial flat fee you paid. We can hold your order for up to 2 weeks from the original order date.
However, if a shipping label has already been created for your package, we will have to ship it as is.
RETURN POLICY
At Rain Tea House, we prioritize customer satisfaction and are committed to providing best service possible. Please review our return policy carefully:
1. Tea Leaves: Due to the unique nature of tea leaves, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any tea products once purchased.
2. Tea-ware: We accept returns for tea-ware within 7 days of purchase, provided the items are unopened, unused, and undamaged. A valid receipt must be presented for all returns.
3. Packaging and Shipping: Our team ensures that all packaging is intact and suitable for shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for damage caused during transit. In case of damage, it is recommended that you file a claim with the carrier.
