Raw Pu-erh Tea「黄印铁饼（2019）」

Pu'er tea has transitioned from the privately produced teas of earlier times—such as Songpin Hao, Tongchang Hao, Tongqing Hao, Jingchang Hao, and Che Shun Hao—into a new era. In the 1950s, the Yunnan branch of the China Tea Corporation began producing the "Zhongcha Brand Round Tea," a series that included the Red Mark, Blue Mark, Green Mark, and Yellow Mark, some of which were also made into a tightly compressed form known as "Iron Patties." These teas are renowned for their aging process, which enhances their flavor, making them rich, captivating, and highly durable over multiple infusions. As a result, they have become rare and sought-after treasures in the world of Pu'er tea. Although these teas are rarely seen on the market today, they occasionally appear at auctions, fetching astonishing prices. The "Yellow Mark Iron Patty" has been carefully crafted using the finest remaining raw materials, honoring the tradition and catering to true tea connoisseurs.
 
「自新中国成立之后,普洱茶由前者私人号级茶（宋聘号，同昌号，同庆号，敬昌号和车顺号等）转而进入一个崭新时代。五十年代由中国茶业公司云南省公司生产制成的『中茶牌圆茶』，整个系列有红印、蓝印、绿印、黄印等，其中有些亦作厚实紧压形的所谓『铁饼』。有幸购得者都深感茶的后期转化美味可口，滋味迷人且耐泡度高，成为普洱茶耐人寻味的珍品。只可惜市面上不得多见，间中有出现在拍卖会上，造价惊人。余对此类铁饼茶特别感兴趣，深知其后期转化多会超越其它普洱茶，故此凭自己积累多年来品茗的经验，整合手上余下的优质原料，悉心创了一款『黄印铁饼』，以谢知音者。」
